Miami-Dade County Public Schools is pleased to offer our web-based compliance tool that automates certification and contractor prequalification applications; tracks Small, Micro, M/WBE, VBE goals, subcontractor payments, prompt payment, workforce utilization, and compiles comprehensive payment analysis. This system allows you to maintain accurate contact information and submit real-time information to M-DCPS.

The system is accessible to all firms doing business with M-DCPS, and includes the following key features:

Automated email communications with contractors regarding compliance
Online verification of subcontractor payments
Automated tracking of contract goals and participation
Online Vendor Contractor Prequalification Process
Online Certification Application of Small, Micro and M/WBE and VBE
Online Submission and workforce reporting
